There is no contact form on this page, and that is deliberate. A form needs a server to receive it — and the whole point of Auctory Tools is that there is no server collecting anything from you. So we do it the old way, with an e-mail address:

Bug reports
The most useful message we can get. If a tool refuses a file, freezes, produces a broken result or looks wrong on your screen, tell us. To make it fixable, please include: which tool you were using, your browser and version, your operating system, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. If it involves a specific file, describing the file — its format, roughly how large it is, where it came from — is usually enough; please do not attach the file itself, especially if it contains personal or confidential data. We do not need it and we would rather not have it.
Tool suggestions
Almost every tool on this site started as somebody's specific annoyance. If you keep doing something manually that a browser could do in two seconds, or if you keep hitting a paywall, a watermark or a file-size limit on some other site, write to us. Tell us the job, not the technical solution — what are you actually trying to get done, and what does the current workaround cost you? Ideas that solve a real, repeated task get built first.
GDPR and KVKK requests
Requests under Article 11 of the KVKK or under the GDPR — access, rectification, erasure, objection, and the rest — go to the same address. Please write "KVKK" or "GDPR" in the subject line so it is routed correctly, and describe your request clearly.
An honest note about what we can do: we hold no accounts, no uploaded files and no user database, so in most cases the only data that could relate to you is the anonymous analytics record described in the Privacy Policy. That record is not linked to your identity, which means we usually cannot connect it to a specific person even if we want to. We will still respond and explain exactly what we do and do not have.

If you believe something published on this site infringes your rights, describe the specific page or content, the right you hold and how you can be reached, and we will look into it promptly.
Working together
Advertising, sponsorship, a tool built for a specific industry, a translation into another language, or an integration — proposals are welcome. Please keep the first message short and concrete: who you are, what you have in mind, and why it fits a site whose entire promise is that files stay on the user's device.
Response times
Auctory Tools is run by a small team, so answers arrive in days rather than minutes. We aim to reply to ordinary messages within about five working days, and to KVKK or GDPR requests within the legal deadline — thirty days under the KVKK, one month under the GDPR. If a message needs a code change, the reply may come as a fixed tool rather than a long e-mail.
We do not send newsletters and we do not use your address for anything except answering you.
