These terms govern your use of the tools published at auctoryai.com by Auctory AI ("we", "us"). By using any tool on this site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. What the service is

Auctory Tools is a collection of free, browser-based utilities for images, PDFs, spreadsheets, audio, video, fonts, game development and 3D printing. There is no account, no subscription and no payment. Each tool is a static web page that processes your files locally in your browser — see the Privacy Policy for what that means in practice.

2. The service is provided "as is"

The tools are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not promise that a tool will be free of errors, that it will work with every file, every browser or every device, or that it will be available without interruption.

Browser-based processing depends on your own hardware and browser. Very large files may exhaust the memory your browser is allowed to use, and results may differ between browsers or devices. That is a limitation of the environment, not a defect we can guarantee to remove.

3. Your files and your rights in them

You keep all rights in the files you open with our tools; we acquire nothing, because nothing is transmitted to us. In exchange, you confirm that you own the content you process, or that you otherwise have the right to process it. Do not use these tools on material you are not entitled to use — for example copyrighted photos, video or fonts that you do not have a licence for, or personal data you have no lawful basis to handle.

You are solely responsible for the files you process and for the results you produce, publish or distribute.

4. Accuracy of output — please read

Every tool aims to be correct, but no output is guaranteed to be accurate, complete or fit for any particular purpose. Always check the result before you rely on it. This matters especially for the tools that touch legal, financial or regulatory subjects:

• KVKK Privacy Notice Builder — produces a draft based on the answers you give. It is a starting point for information purposes, not legal advice, and it does not make you compliant with the KVKK on its own. Have a lawyer review the final text.
• Shift Schedule Generator — its warnings about rest periods and working hours are simplified reminders of common rules under Turkish labour law. They are not a legal audit of your roster, do not cover every sector, collective agreement or exception, and must not replace advice from a payroll professional or lawyer.
• Font Embedding Licence Checker — reads the technical fsType bits inside a font file. Those bits are the foundry's technical hint, not the licence itself. The written End User Licence Agreement (EULA) of the font always governs; check it before you embed or redistribute a font.
• TC ID / Tax No / IBAN Validator — verifies the mathematical checksum of a number. A number that passes the algorithm may still belong to nobody, and validation says nothing about whether an account is open, correct or owned by the person you think. Never use it as identity verification or as the sole check before a payment.
• Thesis Format Checker, Marketplace Image Checker, STL Print-Ready Checker and similar rule-based tools — reflect published guidelines that change without notice. The official guide of your university, marketplace or printer always takes precedence.

Nothing produced by these tools constitutes legal, financial, tax, medical or professional advice of any kind.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to break the law or the rights of others; not to attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer for the purpose of attack, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting; not to scrape the site in a way that harms its operation; not to remove or obscure attribution or licence notices; and not to re-publish a tool as your own service. Automated bulk usage that degrades the service for others is not permitted.

6. Third-party components

Some tools load open-source libraries from public CDNs (jsDelivr, cdnjs, unpkg) and fonts from Google Fonts. Those components are governed by their own licences and their providers' terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or behaviour. 7. Intellectual property

The Auctory name, the Auctory Tools brand, the site design, texts and interface belong to Auctory AI. You may use the tools freely, including for commercial work and for the output you create with them, but you may not copy the site itself, its design or its content to build a competing service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage, nor for lost profit, lost business, lost data, corrupted files, missed deadlines or damage arising from decisions taken on the basis of a tool's output. Keep a backup of any file that matters before you process it.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law — including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and any mandatory consumer rights you have under Turkish consumer protection legislation.

9. Availability and changes to the service

The site is offered free of charge and may be changed, suspended, restricted or discontinued at any time, in whole or in part, without notice and without liability. Individual tools may be updated, renamed or removed. Advertising is currently disabled but may be enabled in the future, as described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The current version always sits on this page with its date at the top. If you keep using the tools after a revision, you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory right a consumer has to bring proceedings in their own place of residence.
