How far a background pixel may sit from #FFFFFF and still count as pure white. 6 is a sane default; raise it if your camera adds a little noise to a genuinely white sweep.
Background is found with a stack-based flood fill from the corners, not by averaging colours — so a soft drop shadow or a slightly grey sweep is still recognised as background instead of being counted as part of the product.

Trendyol Image Checker — Square, 1080 px, Pure White Background

Free Trendyol product image checker with the Trendyol rule set already selected: no watermark, no sign-up, and your photos never leave your device. Drop the whole batch and each file is checked for the four things Trendyol uploads care about — 1080 × 1080 px minimum, a square 1:1 frame, a genuinely white backdrop and a 10 MB ceiling — plus the product fill ratio.

Check all of your images at once instead of one at a time — and let none of them leave your computer. Failing files can be rebuilt in one click: the product is re-centred on a square pure white canvas at the fill ratio you choose, compressed under the limit and handed back as a ZIP.

How to use

1

Drop your Trendyol product photos on the left. Nothing is uploaded — they are decoded on your own device.

2

Trendyol is already selected. Every image is measured against 1080 × 1080 px, square 1:1, white background, 85% fill and the 10 MB limit.

3

Fix the failing ones with one click and download the whole corrected batch as a ZIP with a CSV report.

Why Trendyol uploads fail

Three failures cover almost everything. The image is not square — a 1080 × 1350 portrait shot is the classic one, and it is rejected before anyone looks at the product. The background is not white — cream studio paper, a soft grey drop shadow or a transparent PNG all look white on screen and are not white to an automated check. And the file is over the size limit, usually a 16-bit export straight out of the camera.

This checker separates the backdrop from the product with a stack-based flood fill from the corners rather than averaging colours, so a soft shadow is recognised as background instead of being mistaken for the product, and the fill ratio it reports is the real bounding box of your product.

One honest note: the Trendyol values here were compiled from seller help pages and seller communities, not from a published technical specification. They are marked with a star and carry a visible warning in the tool. Confirm them in your seller panel before a large upload.

FAQ

What size should a Trendyol product image be?

From the sources we compiled: at least 1080 × 1080 px, square 1:1, on a white background, with the product filling about 85% of the frame and the file under 10 MB. These values are marked unverified in the tool because they come from secondary sources and can change — check your seller panel.

Why is my Trendyol photo upload failing?

Most often the image is not square, the background is not truly white (cream paper, a drop shadow or a transparent PNG), or the file is over the size limit. The checker shows each of these as its own row with the reason, so you know which one to fix.

Can it fix all my images at once?

Yes. Pick “Fix and download ZIP” and every failing image is rebuilt on a square pure white canvas at the target size, with the product centred at the fill ratio you set, compressed under the 10 MB limit, and returned as one ZIP with a CSV report.

Are my product photos uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything runs inside your browser tab with canvas — no upload, no account, no queue. You can disconnect from the internet once the page has loaded and it still works.
