Bulk QR Code Generator from Excel — Free, No Sign-Up

Turn a spreadsheet into a folder full of codes: this batch QR code generator reads your Excel or CSV list, makes one QR code per row, names each file from the column you choose and hands you a ZIP of PNGs, a ZIP of SVGs and a printable A4 label sheet. Create QR codes from an Excel list without an account, without a row limit and without a watermark — and because everything runs in your browser, the list itself never leaves your device.

Bulk generation is exactly where the other tools stop being free: batch mode is their corporate sales funnel, so it sits behind a login or a paid plan. There is nothing to gate here — no upload, no server, no account. Need Code 128, EAN-13 or Data Matrix instead? Those are one click away too.

How to use

1

Drop your CSV or Excel file — or paste your links one per line. Tick “first row is a header” so the column names show up.

2

Pick which column holds the code content and which one names the files. Choose QR, Code 128, EAN-13 or Data Matrix, then set size, quiet zone, error correction and colors.

3

Hit “Generate all codes”, check the preview, then download the PNG ZIP, the SVG ZIP or the A4 label sheet PDF with cut lines.

FAQ

Is this bulk QR code generator really free?

Yes — free with no sign-up, no row limit and no watermark. Most bulk QR generators put batch mode behind a login or a paid plan because it is their sales funnel; here the whole batch runs in your browser, so there is nothing to charge for.

Is my Excel or CSV list uploaded to a server?

No. The file is read and the codes are generated inside your browser, so your customer list, URLs or asset numbers never leave your device. There is no account and no server-side storage.

Can I create barcodes instead of QR codes?

Yes. Besides QR you can generate Code 128, EAN-13 and Data Matrix. Those use a bigger barcode library (about 1 MB) that is only downloaded when you actually pick one of those types, so the page stays fast if you only need QR codes.

Can I print the codes on A4 label sheets?

Yes. The label sheet PDF arranges the codes in a grid you choose — for example 3 columns by 8 rows — with the caption under each code and optional cut lines. A Unicode font is embedded in the PDF, so Turkish characters such as ş, ğ, İ and ı print correctly.

How many rows can it handle?

Up to 10,000 rows per run. Above about 2,000 codes the job takes a while and uses a lot of memory, so you get a warning and a working cancel button — split very large lists into a few runs.
